Acceptance & nature of the service
By using this website you accept these terms. The site is an informational, advertising-type tool platform for the Vitalitás Labor community: three smart tools (smart finder, AI evaluator, report translator) available only after free registration, plus links to external official shops. No sale, order or payment takes place on this website; purchases happen in the linked third-party shops under their own terms, and the provider may act as their affiliate. Use of the website is free of charge; the provider may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature (including the tools and usage quotas) at any time without notice.
Purchases, withdrawal, warranty
As no sale is concluded on this website, consumer withdrawal, warranty and delivery rules do not apply here — they concern the actual seller (the external shop). All prices and product data shown here are indicative only. Product complaints should be raised with that shop.
Account, tools & usage quotas
Registration is voluntary; keep your password safe; accounts are personal and non-transferable. Access to the tools is granted at the provider's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. The provider may also restrict, suspend or terminate the registration and the account itself at any time, without notice and without cause, is not obliged to give reasons or to enter into correspondence, and no appeal or review is available. Access may be suspended for the duration of an investigation into suspected misuse. Access or quota granted earlier — however long or however consistently — creates no entitlement or legitimate expectation for the future, and quotas may be set differently for different members without this giving any other member a claim. Termination gives rise to no claim of any kind; unused quota is lost and stored uploads, results and settings may be deleted without notice. The provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability and indemnity survive termination. Your statutory data-protection rights under the GDPR are unaffected. The AI evaluator and report translator are subject to a monthly usage quota (by default 50 uses per tool per calendar month); the provider may set, change or withdraw quotas per user at any time, and unused quota is not carried over. The free 50/50 monthly quota is granted to members who hold an active, 50-point status in the Vital Health system; activity is checked in the first 7 days of each calendar month against the official member list (Uni Active). A member who is not active at that moment may have the quota set to 0 for that month; it is restored the next month upon renewed activity. The provider may exempt individual members from the check. The quota is a free benefit and creates no entitlement. The AI evaluator/translator produce automated, informational output that may contain errors and is not medical advice; by uploading a report you warrant you are entitled to do so. Stored reports are a convenience and may be deleted at any time — keep your own copies. Scraping, bulk extraction and AI-training use of the content are prohibited.
Intellectual property — copying and downloading are PROHIBITED
The entire content and design of the website is the exclusive intellectual property of the operator and is protected by copyright, database and other rights. This includes all text, wording, graphics, layout, source code, the product knowledge base, the database and every output of the smart tools. Downloading, saving, copying, reproducing, storing, distributing, adapting, reverse-engineering or extracting any content — in whole or in part, by any means (manually, automatically, via scraping, screen capture, download tools or for training machine-learning/AI models) — is expressly PROHIBITED without the operator's prior written consent. Content may be viewed in the browser for your own personal, non-commercial information only; this grants no licence or ownership. By using the website you accept these intellectual-property terms. Unauthorised use may lead to immediate termination of access and to civil and criminal consequences.
Liability & law
The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Content is educational, not medical, financial or legal advice, and promises no health or income result. The provider is not liable for external linked sites or for statements of independent members. You indemnify the provider against claims arising from your breach. Hungarian law applies; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Personal watermark on members-only materials
Materials available only to members — written trainings and the outputs of the smart tools — carry a repeating identifier tied to your account, visible on screen and in any export or screenshot. Its sole purpose is to make an unlawfully shared copy traceable to the account it came from. Sharing such material is prohibited under this section; the identifier does not grant any additional right of use.
